New  York duo. Lenny Fontana and Tommy Rando collaborate on debut single, “Hope For The World”



Lenny Fontana from New York raised in the 80’s with DJ Frankie Crocker and WBLS found DJ Larry Levan and later went on to play at Studio 54 and other NYC clubs. Through the 1990’s traveled the world and played at many famous nightclubs. He was the first US Dj to play at Pacha Ibiza and Dubai. Lenny had his first successful production with Strictly Rhythm in 1992 Butch Quick “Higher”.

In 1999, he had his first crossover hit record with Powerhouse Feat. Duane Harden “What You Need” (Ministry of Sound) Top 10 UK position and performed on the famous UK TV show, Top of the Pops and Pepsi Chart Show. Lenny returns another hit in 2000 with “Chocolate Sensation” on Pete Tong’s imprint FFRR/Warner Music in all the UK Charts. The both singles crossed over to mainstream with the videos on heavy rotation on MTV Worldwide. In 2005 (Defected Records) released Lenny Fontana Pres. Octah’via (C+C Music Factory) “The Way”. After some soul searching he once again found the music that inspired him and in 2013 founded Karmic Power Records. The big comeback record came in 2015 with Lenny Fontana Ft. D-Train “Raise Your Hands” included remixes by David Morales and other remixers. The track was a huge success at WMC Miami 2015 and receives support from Louie Vega, Tony Humphries and many more Dj’s. At the end of 2015 the record hit the #3 position in The Music Week Club Chart and #14 End of The Year Chart. Lenny has also produced a single for Meli’sa Morgan “So Good” Fresh / RFC Records. In 2016, the current follow-up single with D-Train “When You Feel What Love Has” receives worldwide attention and hit the #4 position in Music Week Club Chart UK. With over 650 Spins a week on daytime radio rotation in USA, the song hits position #31 in the USA Nielsen Billboard Indicator Radio Chart and the huge Urban Station WBLS 107.5 FM added it to the daytime rotation.
