Detroit crooner, Lucas Holliday releases debut single, “Song Don’t Change” from newly released EP, “Next Holliday”.When you think of “Ol’ School” R and B songs, Motown should immediately come to mind. With legends like Smokey Robinson, Aretha Franklin, and Anita Baker-it’s quite noticeable that Lucas Holliday is bringing R&B back to the city.

Just recently, Lucas had a viral video singing in the dollar store where he works. He was singing ‘Ascension by the legendary Maxwell. Fueled by the people connecting us through social media, the video got the attention of Maxwell, and invited Holliday to perform on-stage in Detroit.

“I know how temporary the ‘viral’ state of things is, so I started singing on streets and getting in the recording studio to get a project out for the 26k followers on facebook to hear”.

Lucas Holliday just released his first EP titled, “Next Holliday”. Currently, The album is available as a free download on lucasholliday.com . I included a link to ‘Song Don’t Change’, the first song on the EP. The other single on the EP is titled, “Loud Enough”. Make sure to connect with Mr. Holliday.
