L.A. native, Jordan Parker releases single, “Watch You Dance”
L.A. native, Jordan Parker released his debut single “Watch You Dance” from the same-titled 5 track EP. The track was a collaboration between himself, Sean Simpson and Schneider Sienes. This single is one of the fan favorites as it serves sensuality, smooth vocals along with the elements of pop, hip-hop, funk and more.
In 2011, Jordan Parker moved to Los Angeles from Portland Oregon to attend the music school (M.I.) for guitar. He has always been a singer/songwriter but wanted to be able to play lead for other musicians.
Recently, I ran into a Producer that heard me sing and pretty much just said: “You need to release your own music”. So, here I am releasing my music for the first time.
I come from a very Musical background. My Dad was the Front of House Mixer for Luther Vandross for 20 years. He also mixed Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind & Fire, Hall and Oates etc…. So I grew up listening to the best of the best. Unfortunately, he passed away due to complications of cancer.
I know he would be proud of me for getting myself out there and going for it.
Jordan Parker wants to make his Dad proud, so sit back and enjoy his music. If you really appreciate the melodic structure of this song, please take the time to comment below. Also, connect with Jordan Parker on all social media outlets.
