Let’s take a Trip, 3 times, on Throwback Thursday
The first joint on our Throwback Thursday is the dopest track ever! I know you all remember, “The Diplomats” aka “Dipset” a group of New York rappers by the names of, Cam’Ron, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, and Freeky Zekey. The group artistic views, fashion, mix-tapes and street DVD’s placed them on the scene. The highlight of their career was in the early 2000’s. In 2002 Cam’Ron ft. Juelz Santana dropped, “Hey Ma” a club banger even to this day.
"Hey ma, what's up, let's slide, all right, all right and we gon' get it on tonight..." - Cam'Ron

R. Kelly – “Ignition”
You know we couldn’t leave this song off the Throwback Thursday this week. This 2003 hit single, “Ignition” debuted from R.Kelly’s album, Chocolate Factory. There’s no denying that everyone knew every word of this track.
"Mama rollin' that body, got every, man in here wishin'"- R. Kelly

Notorious B.I.G- Juicy
Of course, we had to save the best for last!
In 1994 B.I.G aka “Biggie” released, “Juicy” from his debut album, Ready to Die. This joint will forever live on. “Juicy” remained Biggie’s top played radio hit across the country. The Source would later give his album Ready to Die a near perfect 4.5 mic score. Anyone can listen to this song and feel inspired, a white girl going to a tailgate party to a black scholar getting ready to take a test, this song is truly a classic!
